Charles Covage was born
May 3, 1923 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
He enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police in 1946, and
upon graduating from the Training School in Hershey he was
dettached to the PSP Rodeo.
Charles also served in the U.S. Marines prior to
enlistment with the Pennsylvania State Police.
