Richard Kara was born
1940 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania.
He entered the Pennsylvania State Police Academy 1962
and upon graduation was assigned to Greensburg,
Pennsylvania
After Academy training, Richard was detached from the Troop
to Perform in the Rodeo.
