Ronald Kratzer was born
on July 5, 1932, in Greensburg Pennsylvania
He entered the Pennsylvania State Police Training School August 1955,
and upon graduation was assigned to Troop B
Washington.
Ronald also served in the U.S. Army prior to his enlstment with the
Pennsylvania State Police.
