Edward Singer was born
in Allegheny County, Borough of North Braddock,
Pennsylvania. He enlisted with the Pennsylvania State Police on August 1, 1947,
and upon graduation was assigned to Greensburg.
Edward also served 3 years in the U.S. Army prior to
enlistment with the
Pennsylvania State Police
